The slowly opening, slightly closed nose suggests soft fruit with some toffee. The tart like note of the kernel slightly overshadows the depth of the fruity personality of the sour cherry jam. Fairly long finish with good typicity and piquant marzipan finish.

Pronounced nose with perfume and floral attributes, one almost feels if it would be walking in a Turkish rose garden. Fine mix of fruity grape tones with the green apple’s citrus like character. Honey sweet and Muscat, grape blossom notes are simply outstanding. Graceful, feminine elegance stays for long. Perfect harmony, recalling a notion of the grape harvest on the scent.

Pronounced perfume, peony and floral notes, underlined by some kernel oily tone. The floral character also shows up on the palate with sweet raisin and oily elements, making it round. Mouth-coating perfume appears on the palate with long finish. The aromatic, seductive personality stays strong in the empty glass as well.

Loud, yet still elegant, perfumed, floral, but not pushy at all. Pleasant, tart kernel oil appears on the nose and on the palate as well, followed by Muscat and fruity tone. An explosion of aromas pops up on the palate, making it truly memorable. Very complex with a unique harmony, ethereal and light, yet elegant. Certainly a pálinka, of which we ask for another glass.

The pleasant aroma of the raspberry is dominating the nose as well as the palate. Overt kernel oiliness of the raspberry on the flavour profile, followed by some tart and waxiness thanks to the apple. An interesting match.
