Discrete on the palate showing similarities to the nose, fruity note with a dash of citrus and seductive jamminess, long lingering pleasing marzipan on the finish.
The nose points to fresh, crisp fruit, citrus pomegranate character, all harmonize just fine. Youthful and exciting on the flavour profile, first recalling lively fruitiness backed up by jammy, brittle like notes. Harmonious, long finish almost as a basket of ripe fruit would stay on the table.
The honey aromas of the Williams pear and the spiciness of the Bosc Kobak are showing a fine harmony. Pleasantly piquant with some citrus and good mid palate depth. An interesting pear pairing.
Loud, endless perfume a true explosion of fruit with a slight dominance of Izabella, fruit drops an unbelievable character. The fresh grape juice is dominating the flavour profile. It reminds one to the grandparent grape arbour, where we could even if our eyes would have been tied up. A perfect experience all year around, truly a fantastic, round, complex product.
Lavender, chamomile on the nose. Notes of marzipan, green and herbal notes all appear at once. It recalls the fruit not yet bitten by the frost.
The complex nose suggests overt marzipan, sweet honey, wet leaf and dried fruit. The palate recalls brittle and candied orange peel, accompanied by pleasant tartness and fruity personality. Quite a mouthfeel with spicy marzipan and long lingering finish. The dry note
stays for a long time and showing further its beauty, a harmonious pálinka indeed.

Compared to the fruit variety the nose seems somewhat shy, yet nice spicy, skin character and slight note of marzipan, dark chocolate make it quite fine. Sweet tart notes on the palate with some spiciness popping up. Medium long finish, well made, exciting product.
Citrus nose, accompanied by restrained dried fruitiness and slightly overripe pear in the back. Overt flavour profile, underlined by citrus, sweet perfume and spiciness. Soft and oily mouthfeel with long finish. Very fine example of the variety.

Grapy fruity notes appear on the scent, followed by red berry fruit. The flavour profile recalls a tart-sweet fruitiness with a certain typicity of the Kékfrankos variety from the back, underlined by some fruit, almond and slightly chocolate, mint like personality.
