Forest red berry fruit such as raspberry, blueberry and blackberry appear on the nose, accompanied by smoky, tobacco and sweet character. It reminds one to autumn forest aromas. Wild fruitiness appears on the palate.
It needs time to reveal its character. Kernel oily, grinded paprika are dominating. The kernel oily character pops up on the flavour profile as well underlined by some stalky dryness. The Cabernet varieties are dominating the finish.
Pleasant varietal character with the necessary fruitiness, very rich perfume. Floral style on the palate is going over to a sweet character underlined by some skin bitterness and kernel oiliness on the mid palate, making it round and medium full bodied.
Deep on the nose suggesting grandma’s marmalade underlined by some almond kernel note and pleasant floral attributes. Ripe apricot come through on the flavour profile as well. Notes of vanilla-sugar, marmalade tart all adding to the naughty curiosity. Harmonious, fine finish.
Very reserved on the nose, showing the typical aromas of the quince pear in form of citrus and spiciness. The flavour recalls mainly mint. Medium long finish with a smooth mouth feel.
Bright amber colour. Fruit on the nose followed by spice, some wood character according to the ageing. Raisin notes on the palate, smooth oily notes with tannic, woody tones, supported by dominant and lasting vanilla. The roasted walnut makes it quite unique along the finish, long lingering after taste.
The nose recalls elderberry, citrus, mint and green spiciness, certainly tempting. Light vanilla elegance and well-rounded in the back. The fruity aromas show an overt style with spicy, jammy tones, followed by elderflower. Slow and long lingering aftertaste.
The nose points to restrained elderflower underlined by honey suggesting fresh leaf in combination of some Muscat like character. Honey note and fruity at the same time on the palate. Pleasant acidity add drive to the sample. A truly exciting pálinka is born thanks to the sweet tone on the mid palate in combination with a pleasant tart quality.
The nose recalls quince apple with its waxy character. Robust on the palate with long waxy and slightly pungent character. Showing strength, yet a reserved product.
