Quince Pálinka

The nose recalls quince apple with its waxy character. Robust on the palate with long waxy and slightly pungent character. Showing strength, yet a reserved product.

Quince-Apple mixed fruit Pálinka

Harmonious and neat assemblage, marriage. Where the waxiness of the apple compliments the citrus tones of the quince on the nose as well as on the palate. Clean, bright and easy to consume.

Quince Pálinka

Deep, ripe fruitiness, followed by capturing citrus. Spiciness and compote like fruitiness, backed up by some waxiness. Quince flesh in a rather fruity, sweet style, accompanied by bold flavour profile and notes from the scent, very pronounced. Long finish.

Quince Pálinka

The nose is slowly opening. The citrus notes of the quince are not muting in a classical sense the tartness of the wild fruits. Covered in a heavy waxy tone. Spicy and pungent with a hollow skin character. The after taste recalls the quince cheese tone for quite some time.

Bedded Plum Pálinka

Notes of caramel, cake, vanilla and fruit on the nose showing the ageing quite nicely. Pleasant spiciness with a dash of smoke suggesting almost an dried fruit bed on the palate. The plum of Elena is dominating the flavour profile. Light dessert pálinka.

Bedded Sour Cherry Pálinka

The colour recalls nicely the shades of sour cherry. Fresh fruity tone on the nose, overt, sweet with sour cherry marmalade. Spicy on the palate with kernel character and some tartness. Harmonious with long finish.

Bedded Golden Apple Pálinka

The colour is also a merit, showing green-brown-yellow hues. On the nose it shares the aroma of a lovely apple orchard full of perfume, waxy notes underlined by some spiciness, very attractive indeed. Tartness of the apple with some piquant waxiness come through on the palate, the bed is slightly dominating, buffer with the sweetness. Overall it looks just fine, it makes it an easy drinking product.

Plum Pálinka

Very floral on the nose, organ, violet and sweet note, underlined by a plum like fruitiness in combination with spiciness. The certain sweet character reminds us to plum dumpling with cinnamon on the palate, followed by some sour touch, as well as milk chocolate. The pálinka shows complete harmony in its aroma world.

Quince Pálinka

Powerful, definite spiciness, underlined by honey, citrus and slightly hairy style, all typical characters of the variety. After the slightly piquant waxy note, long lingering compote like flavours show up. Fresh on the nose, the pleasant aromas are tempting, an easy-to-drink pálinka indeed.

Bedded William’s Pear Pálinka

The well-knit, spicy, citrus, fruity notes are certainly pleasant. The acidity of the fruit is not tempered by the sweetness of the fruitbed. The high alcohol content makes it truly characterful and masculine with long finish.
