The loud, intense peppermint makes the pálinka truly refreshing, crisp and piquant, so not just the usual blackcurrant character appears on the nose. The flavour profile recalls strongly the red berry tones in combination with the spicy notes from the scent. Long lingering, pleasant aftertaste. Overall a youthful, cool product, recommended for everyone, who very much loves blackcurrant.

Crystal clear golden colour with a green tinge. The nose points to honey, candy, chocolate which is in perfect harmony with the vanilla and cinnamon coming from the barrel. The flavour profile is almost like a master confectioner had put the creamy, caramel Dobos cake into a glass, and created with this a fruity, chocolaty curiosity. Truly a beverage for the festive occasions.
Light amber colour. Perfect harmony of fruit and barrel on the nose adding a pleasant weight to the picture in a persuasive manner. The fruity flavour profile is dominated by the barrel’s enhanced vanilla and spicy note. Finish is showing also quite a bit of wood, vanilla yet going on with a long length.
The apple’s citrus, waxy notes are in complete harmony with the barrel given vanilla, spiciness creating a honey, floral, ethereal unity. The scent suggests strength yet it can still remain soft, light. The tart, long lingering tobacco leaf character is discretely over writing the apple.
Pleasant varietal character with the necessary fruitiness, very rich perfume. Floral style on the palate is going over to a sweet character underlined by some skin bitterness and kernel oiliness on the mid palate, making it round and medium full bodied.
Amber colour. Myriad of spiciness appears on the nose with a remarkable complexity, nice tart feeling, fine weight, vanilla, pepper and green capsicum.
