The slowly opening nose shows reserved fruitiness and chocolate. Spicy, chocolate, candy flavours and deep compote tones appear on the palate. The aromas keep going all the way to the finish.

Grape Pálinka

At first there is a pleasant floral note thanks to the Irsai Olivér grape, yet the spicy and fullish note of the Cabernet is undeniable. Olaszrizling adds tartness to the trio. On the flavour profile the two more dominant players continue the battle, which results an overwhelming lily of the valley, rose and woody notes linger for quite some time.

Grape – Sour Cherry Mixed Fruit Pálinka

Floral and kernel character appears on the nose with fine, complete personality. The characteristics of both of the varieties can be found in the pálinka and nicely complete each other. Perfume flavour profile, underlined by some orange, easy drinking and slightly spicy, piquant style. Long finish with roundness. The elegant dry tasting note points to some grapefruit.

Grape – Late Cherry mixed fruit Pálinka

Pronounced and deep on the nose suggesting grape, sweet notes followed by the tartness of the sour cherry, light marzipan. The raisin tones dominate the palate underlined by sour cherry compote in the back. Long lingering fruity after taste.

Plum Pálinka

Lively and ethereal with typical scent, followed by marvellous and intense floral personality. Playful, seductive and delicate flavour profile. Pleasant jammy note, underlined by some kernel tone and dried plum character on the palate. It could well be called the prettiest of all plums with its long lingering aftertaste.

The slowly opening nose shows the depth of the fruit with a hint of kernel character. Full body on the palate, the sweet, jammy personality dominates the flavour profile, suggesting plum dumpling like note and some spiciness. Long finish with additional marzipan and cinnamon tones.

Plum Pálinka

Heady nose, fruity, sweet notes and mint with an anise like character. Lime tree and honey pop up as well. Fairly complex on the palate, with light dried plum creaminess and pleasant jammy tone. The slight kernel tone adds to the elegance. Long lingering, pleasant, quite memorable finish.

Plum Pálinka

Slowly opening, reserved spiciness, ripe compote like character are noted on the nose. Jam tart with some sour, green almond notes are shared on the palate. Long, sweet austere finish.

Plum Pálinka

Soft and elegant on the nose with mild fruitiness, plum and some kernel note. Full bodied, marmalade is dominating the palate. Long finish full of marzipan and almond.

Mulberry – Raspberry Mixed Fruit Pálinka

Perfect match, in which the values of both fruits appear. Perfume, floral notes of mullberry, underlined by the richer kernel tone and spiciness of raspberry. The depth of the fruit pops up on the palate, followed by a hint of tartness, which make it just perfect. Pleasantly long, fine finish.
