Fresh fruit appears on the palate, accompanied by some kernel oiliness, reminding us a pomace like character, nut and slightly vinous style, making it unique. Long lingering flavours, very good typicity and depth in finish.

The nose points to restrained elderflower underlined by honey suggesting fresh leaf in combination of some Muscat like character. Honey note and fruity at the same time on the palate. Pleasant acidity add drive to the sample. A truly exciting pálinka is born thanks to the sweet tone on the mid palate in combination with a pleasant tart quality.
