Zenit Grape Pálinka

Very seductive on the nose showing the varietal character pretty nicely, crisp, fresh, floral and Muscat like notes followed by a decisive grape blossom note. Justice is holding the balance between the raisin scone and the honey, spicy, Muscat like characters followed by the bright acidity. Fine finish, very harmonious, an excellent product.

Williams Pear Pálinka

The complex and colourful nose recalls Williams pear in a seductive manner. Spicy, sweet, ripe pear appears on the nose, accompanied by kernel touch. The flavour profile opens quickly and stays with long lingering perfume and citrus like character. Elegant, ethereal and wellmade pálinka with long finish.

Wild Elderberry Pálinka

Interesting personality, slightly harder to grasp, but still interesting, suggesting rich marmalade and anise-candy aromas. The palate points to the deep kernel, citrus, spicy, red berry notes with honey character, something one expects from the elderberry. Comlex aroma world and long lingering aftertaste.

Strawberry Pálinka

The ripe, spicy character of the fruit is remarkable on the nose, yet in a rather shy style. The palate suggests sweet fruitiness, underlined by some herbal tartness on the middle. A touch of
kernel oiliness reminds us of tart strawberry candy. Fine pálinka with moderate finish.

Strawberry pálinka

Very loud on the nose, fresh, lively fruitiness with pleasant perfume. The fruitiness is accompanied by fine kernel oiliness on the palate. Slight bitter tone on the finish adds to the piquant character and makes it complex. Well knit product, excellent example of its kind.

Reserve- Marzipan Rowan Pálinka

The nose suggests wood, sweet fruit and almond notes, a real explosion of aromas in the glass. Marzipan and kernel character, underlined by herbal, spicy, sweet, honey notes, which make it unforgettable. Long and memorable finish. Endless, harmonious, excelling tranquillity, which is still pronounced and elegant at the same time.

Presenta Plum Pálinka

Mysterious aroma of some green spiciness on the nose. Soft fruity character with jamminess are developing slower. Tart like elegance with some kernel oily tone followed by depth of fruitiness, overall a very pleasing and easy to drink pálinka.

Raspberry Pálinka

Tempting on the nose, pleasant elegance shining through suggesting forest nature growing just before summer, underlined by a sweet fruity tone. Ripe raspberry flesh is dominating the flavour profile with a fine kernel oiliness. Pronounced and decisive flavour profile with long finish. Polished and popular product full of beauty, charm and seductiveness.

Strawberry pálinka

Fresh fruity notes appear just nicely on the nose. Good depth on the palate, the jammy tone is in true harmony with the sweet cake like note. Turbulent forest floor with a mix of autumn leaf. Balanced product.

Hungarian Apricot Pálinka

The nose recalls the austere skin of the fresh and ripe apricot followed by the sweetness of the fruits flesh underlined by some jammy note. Discrete on the palate showing similarities to the nose, fruity note with a dash of citrus and seductive jamminess, long lingering pleasing marzipan on the finish.
