Grape – Sour Cherry Mixed Fruit Pálinka

Floral and kernel character appears on the nose with fine, complete personality. The characteristics of both of the varieties can be found in the pálinka and nicely complete each other. Perfume flavour profile, underlined by some orange, easy drinking and slightly spicy, piquant style. Long finish with roundness. The elegant dry tasting note points to some grapefruit.

Grape – Late Cherry mixed fruit Pálinka

Pronounced and deep on the nose suggesting grape, sweet notes followed by the tartness of the sour cherry, light marzipan. The raisin tones dominate the palate underlined by sour cherry compote in the back. Long lingering fruity after taste.

Mulberry – Raspberry Mixed Fruit Pálinka

Perfect match, in which the values of both fruits appear. Perfume, floral notes of mullberry, underlined by the richer kernel tone and spiciness of raspberry. The depth of the fruit pops up on the palate, followed by a hint of tartness, which make it just perfect. Pleasantly long, fine finish.

Raspberry-Apple Pálinka

The pleasant aroma of the raspberry is dominating the nose as well as the palate. Overt kernel oiliness of the raspberry on the flavour profile, followed by some tart and waxiness thanks to the apple. An interesting match.

Ikrek (twins) Mixed Fruit Pálinka

Harmonious Muscat grape like aromas in combination with floral notes, accompanied by fine citrus and spicy tones of pear. Overt flavours appear on the palate as well, led by the spicy stony character of pear, compote and honey notes, that come lovely together, underlined by the grapey tone. Well-balanced, special product indeed.

Black Cherry- Raspberry Mixed Fruit Pálinka

Seductive on the nose with elegance and refreshing, lively aromas. The chocolate and marzipan character of the black cherry, accompanied by the oily and ethereal perfume like tone of the raspberry are in perfect balance. The kernel personality of the cherry supports the tart-sweetness with the spiciness of the raspberry. Long lingering aromas with smooth mouthfeel on the finish. The youthful, seductive personality makes it an excellent mixed fruit pálinka.

Exciting assemblage, complex flavours and aromas. An orgy of flavours dominated by raspberry, blackberry , long lingering finish. Kernel oily character adds to the colourful fruity character, underlined by a refreshing youthful tartness. Good track.

Quince-Apple mixed fruit Pálinka

Harmonious and neat assemblage, marriage. Where the waxiness of the apple compliments the citrus tones of the quince on the nose as well as on the palate. Clean, bright and easy to consume.

Quince – Penyigei Plum Mixed Fruit Pálinka – 2016

The nose suggests citrus and refreshing style of quince. The plum adds some perky character to the pálinka, which presence we only assume. The red berry notes and kernel personality of plum come across, enhanced by the dominant quince.

The sour cherry bonbon like note, the chocolate and the grape blossom make it quite exciting and playful by turning up our senses right at the beginning. Burst of Muscat and chocolate-cocoa tones, underlined by the fine marzipan character of plum on the palate, fiery indeed. Harmonious product, which is well-balanced by the act of the fruit.
