Zenit Grape Pálinka – 2017

Seductive, youthful and lively nose. Spicy, yet effortless, showing citrus, sweet-sour character. Complex on the palate with bright pear and grapy personality, underlined by floral tones, discrete raisin like sweetness, as well as some kernel oil note. The finish shares the sweet raisin elements. Harmoniously elegant with pleasant harmony and smooth drinking style.

Zenit Grape Pálinka – 2016

Grape blossom notes appear on the nose, followed by citrus and spicy tone. Light citrus and refreshing flavours pop up on the palate. Pleasant finish with reserved spiciness and thin grape skin like character, underlined by fine caramel flavour. The discrete elegance with fine fruitiness supports the charming personality.

Zenit Grape Pálinka 2015

The nose recalls flowering grapes, catapulting the consumer to an arbour, where the fruits of the very grape appear as seducers of the summer sunsets. Certainly complex with a lovely citrus and pear note, underlined by a dash of apple, covered in sweet-sour character, followed by fresh grape and a slightly winey tone. Sweet aftertaste on the palate, honey coated raisin aromas, light and ethereal, almost as flying on a cloud.

Wild Elderberry Pálinka

Interesting personality, slightly harder to grasp, but still interesting, suggesting rich marmalade and anise-candy aromas. The palate points to the deep kernel, citrus, spicy, red berry notes with honey character, something one expects from the elderberry. Comlex aroma world and long lingering aftertaste.

Vadász – Sloe Pálinka

The fine marzipan jumps virtually out of the glass. Pleasantly tart, tempting with floral notes, refreshing and lively. The attractive varietal character shines through on the palate as well, yet with more depth, chocolate and fruity aromas. The very round, spicy mouthfeel recalls the wild fruits of autumn, making it an exotic drink. Perfectly harmonious.

Turan Grape Pálinka

Grape flower like nose with a light, soft in the foreground. Red berry fruit, followed by honey and tart like notes, as well as mildly reserved character on the palate. Fine pálinka with memorable finish, in which the variety is completely utilized.

Grape – Late Cherry mixed fruit Pálinka

Pronounced and deep on the nose suggesting grape, sweet notes followed by the tartness of the sour cherry, light marzipan. The raisin tones dominate the palate underlined by sour cherry compote in the back. Long lingering fruity after taste.

Gönci Hungarian Apricot Pálinka

Pleasantly loud and sweet like fruitiness with floral and jammy notes on the nose, nicely coming through. Jamminess dominates the palate with an elegant kernel touch and clean marzipan aroma. Long lingering length with a memorable and fine finish.

Apricot Pálinka – 2017

Classical apricot pálinka with the typicity of the Hungarian apricot character. Perfume notes appear on the nose, as well as on the palate, accompanied by a pleasant floral, citrus and jammy tone. The dried flavours add further dimension to the colourful apricot. The long lingering finish makes you to sip one more glass. Well-made pálinka.

Apricot Pálinka – 2016

Green apricot peel character appears on the nose, followed by sweet jamminess and lily like floral tone, making it memorable. Green spiciness on the palate in combination with cool personality, some jammy and kernel tone. Rather good mouthfeel with medium long finish. It is on its peak, drink now.
