Self identic, seed luscious, an elegant, complex palinka. Sweet smoky, caramel like, roeasted nut like, Turkish nut like in its character with very nice acids and oiliness. Its mouthfeeling is very full, spicy, finely chilly. Its tones and characters could be richened by a good barrel like aging. In spite of it it is attractive, rather complex product, its notes less typical of pomace are really elegant, which is the  real value of this nicely composed palinka.
