The nose is at first sight quite exciting and playful at the same time, fine herbal spiciness, notes of citrus. Rich flavour and full bodied with the spiciness of the peppermint, followed by sweet, pleasantly pungent characters, all in perfect harmony making it an elegant product. Pleasant finish with agreeable finish, memorable indeed.

The spicy complexity shows unique varietal character. Allspice, lemon grass appear in the mix with sweet cinnamon, underlined by reserved citrus and forest mushroom. No disappointment on the palate either, the pleasant compote like note with spiciness suggests endless flavours. Very long finish, colourful, complex, a true personality. Quite memorable, a fantastic sample.

Clean and intensive on the nose. Spicy character, recalling soft, spring like flower garden with the crisp and stony fleshy note of the fresh fruit. The skin character and the compote tone of the ripe pear appear together. One almost feels, as he/she would bite into a freshly harvested fruit from the tree. Truly elegant product with long finish.

Overt flavours appear on the palate as well, led by the spicy stony character of pear, compote and honey notes, that come lovely together, underlined by the grapey tone. Well-balanced, special product indeed.

The straw yellow, crystal like colour makes it unforgettable. Endless fruitiness appears on the nose and on the palate as well. Ripe fruit, honey, spicy and slightly citrus character with the tartness of the skin. The liquor like sweetness is seductive. It is an endless and truly memorable bedded product, a pálinka, which is a true example to follow.

The well-knit, spicy, citrus, fruity notes are certainly pleasant. The acidity of the fruit is not tempered by the sweetness of the fruitbed. The high alcohol content makes it truly characterful and masculine with long finish.
