The floral and tart fruitiness of elderberry appears on the nose, underlined by some jamminess. The scent suggests, it will be all about a sweet drink, a hint of lime tree adds further to its complexity. The palate delivers our expectations with rich marzipan, honey flavours, multi-layered aromas. Lime tree honey pops up on the long finish, accompanied by very rich marzipan, honey and harmonious, tart sweetness.
