Opens slowly on the nose, we have to leave time to evolve its dry, grain, malt like character. Walnut like, woody, raisin like notes with vanilla and cinnamon give its real value. Its mouthfeeling is grain like, spicy, rather complex, full, marcant. The cereal, dry fruit, roasted seeds, and the spices from the barrel are competing with each other.
