Fairly fruity on the nose with fresh spicy, herbal notes, mint, anise and marzipan. It recalls nicely the skin character of the variety with red berry fruit and sweet jammy touch, underlined by a dash of marzipan. Long lingering chocolate on the finish, pleasant and memorable indeed. Well-balanced, well-knit composition, an elegant drink.
