Szatmári szilvapálinka – Plum Pálinka

The clean fruity Muscat note is accompanied by some sweet jamminess. Marzipan is leading the flavour profile followed by roasted almond, kernel note and pleasant sweet chocolate aroma. Remarkably elegant and multi layered product, suggesting the notion of late summer nights.

„Szatmári szilvapálinka” – Plum Pálinka of Szatmár

The varietal characters are building up, pronounced skin and kernel aromas, followed by some dried fruit and sweetness in the back. The kernel personality stays for a long time, filling the mouth. Slowly opening pálinka, yet it shows its real beauty.

Strawberry Pálinka

The ripe, spicy character of the fruit is remarkable on the nose, yet in a rather shy style. The palate suggests sweet fruitiness, underlined by some herbal tartness on the middle. A touch of
kernel oiliness reminds us of tart strawberry candy. Fine pálinka with moderate finish.

Very loud on the nose, fresh, lively fruitiness with pleasant perfume. The fruitiness is accompanied by fine kernel oiliness on the palate. Slight bitter tone on the finish adds to the piquant character and makes it complex. Well knit product, excellent example of its kind.

Continuously changing fruit and green spiciness appear on the nose. Some kernel oiliness enhances the green and fruity notes on the palate. Harmonious product.

Truly seductive aromas, fresh fruit and perfume appear on the nose in complete harmony. The flavours recall fruit and sweet kernel oiliness, accompanied by some strawberry jam. Well-rounded and truly memorable pálinka with piquant finish.

Szabolcsi almapálinka – Apple Pálinka

Faultless on the nose, the fine waxy, sweet spicy character of the variety is shown on the nose. Light on the palate with a pleasant fruitiness and some tartness of the core followed by sweet, gingerbread notes. Long lingering, pleasantly tart finish.

„Szabolcsi almapálinka” – Bedded Apple Palinka of Szabolcs

Pleasant spicy, ripe, waxy nose with restrained fruit character. Rather pronounced on the palate with delicate spiciness, sweet and caramel like tone. Some tart skin character appears at the finish with a hint of waxiness.

Golden Apple Pálinka

Pleasant aromas on the nose, fresh and with the necessary depth, showing the sweet and spicy side of the fruit as well. Spicy waxy character on the palate with a pleasant compote note making it round and long. Pot distilled style enhances the fine spiciness, fuller flavours.

Gönci Hungarian Apricot Pálinka

Pleasantly loud and sweet like fruitiness with floral and jammy notes on the nose, nicely coming through. Jamminess dominates the palate with an elegant kernel touch and clean marzipan aroma. Long lingering length with a memorable and fine finish.
